令和８年月６月1４日（日）
朝6時起床 寝覚めの良い朝だ とても静かで穏やか お天気は曇りのようだ
体重はかったらまだ80キロ近くあった 前回のように痩せるのは大変そうだ
少し小足筋肉痛になっていた 前日少しだけスクワットやったせいだ
あの程度で足が痛くなる 弱くなったものだ
気分的には普通だ 今日はなにするかな？ 土日は基本的には外には出ないから
ユーチューブ動画つくるかな
何かしようと思ってブログのダイアリーのアーカイブを整理してた 令和元年12月2日に来た
お母さんが死んだ日だ もう8年も前になる 今でもたまに思い出すかな でもあの時の感受性はあの時ではなくては感じられなかったから あの時のブログが復活して本当に良かったと思った 今思い出してあの時感じた気持ちを表せっていってもそれは無理だと思うから
お母さんはもうじき89歳になるところだった あと10日生きていれば89歳になっていた
でも、凄いよな 今の僕より30歳近く生きたことになる 僕はこの前危うく持っていかれそうになったから そう考えるとおかあさんは強いよなぁ 自分は何歳生きることできるだろうか？ もうそんなに長くないよな気がする 当時のこと少しだけ読み返した 少し泣けるかな エンヤのオンリータイム よく聞いたな 今でもたまにカラオケ行くとうたってる 明後日カラオケ行こうかな
先ほど今朝食べた食事のカロリーを出してもらった
やばいよなぁ 塩分は低いけど カロリーは2食越してしまってる 細切れがいけなかった
グラム200キロカロリーと覚えておこう トータル ２千は超えてはダメだ
でも晩御飯ノンアルコールビール飲みたい サラダ２００グラムとリッツでチャラにしちゃおう
🌟 The Crystal of Hope 🌟
Far beyond the mountains, a shining crystal tower stood in the center of the world. One sunny morning, four young adventurers looked toward it with excitement.
“We must find the Crystal of Light!” said the knight.
“Who knows what kind of adventure is waiting for us?” asked the white-haired mage with a smile.
The black mage adjusted his hat and nodded. The pink-haired warrior raised her sword toward the sky. A new journey had begun.
🛒 Panel 2: The Town Shop
Before leaving town, the party stopped at a small shop.
“Welcome! Today is a special sale!” said the cheerful shopkeeper.
“Potions are only 10 gil each!”
The knight quickly bought a few potions. The mage checked their supplies. The black mage secretly wanted to buy a new staff.
“Preparing for an adventure is part of the adventure,” laughed the pink-haired warrior.
⚔️ Panel 3: Battle Time!
Not long after leaving town, monsters appeared on the road.
“A Cactuar appeared!”
“A Bomb appeared!”
The knight drew his sword. The mage began casting a spell. The black mage pointed his staff forward.
“Fire!”
A blazing fireball flew across the battlefield and exploded near the Bomb. The party worked together and soon defeated the monsters.
🔥 Panel 4: Campfire Under the Stars
That night, the adventurers sat around a warm campfire. The stars sparkled above them.
“We made it through another day,” said the knight.
“And tomorrow, a new adventure awaits,” replied the mage.
The black mage quietly watched the flames dance. The pink-haired warrior smiled as she looked at the night sky.
Far away, the Crystal of Light continued to shine. Their journey had only just begun.
