令和８年月7月1４日（火）
朝4時30分起床 よく眠れた 外も静かで暑さもさほどではなく良かった
血圧はかってからこのページ作る まだ英語はやってない
今日は1ヶ月ぶりに病院に行く 経過を見てもらう でも体調はあまり良くない
血圧の下が若干上がってきている 上は問題ないのだけど たまにだがめまいもする
季節的なものだろうか？ 今日は他にやることもないのでまたマック行って英語のお勉強やろうかな
昨日のはま寿司は楽しかったな
ただいま午前9時31分
10時02分の電車に乗って医者に行く 着くのは30分かからないと思う
今日は血液検査があるので先生に見て貰う前に採血する
以前は採血苦手だったけど飼っていたワンコが具合悪くなって採血したときにこんな小さな犬が頑張って採血しているのに自分は弱すぎだろ っておもうようになり そこから全然平気になってしまった
わんこから勇気もらったよ ま、もしまだ注射が苦手だったら入院なんて出来ないけどね
ほとんど点滴で直ったようなものだから 点滴用の針はずっと針を打ち込こんでいるのだけど上手な看護師さんがやってくれると全然痛くない
ただいま 午後6時32分
今日久しぶりにお酒のんだ 病院に行って採血して先生の診断をもらう
結果良好だ 薬も弱くしてもらい 次回病院に行くのは8月末だ
先生に塩分控えたりカロリー制限している話をしたら元の食生活に戻しも大丈夫だよ と言われた
恐る恐るお酒も聞いたら 大丈夫ですよ と言ってくれた 早速解禁してしまった
今日はカロリーとりすぎたな 明日はカロリーは控えよう

I enjoy the simple beauty of everyday life, especially peaceful summer mornings with a fresh cup of coffee and the gentle sound of birds outside my window. I believe that happiness can often be found in small moments, such as watching the sunshine brighten the room or taking a relaxing walk through a nearby park.
I work in an office, but I always make time for my hobbies. I love reading novels, growing flowers, and taking photographs of beautiful landscapes. Traveling by train is another favorite pastime of mine because it allows me to discover charming towns and enjoy wonderful scenery at a relaxed pace.
Learning new things is important to me. Recently, I’ve been studying English because I would like to communicate with people from around the world and make new friends. Every new word and expression helps me become a little more confident, and I truly enjoy the journey of learning.
My family and friends often describe me as kind, patient, and cheerful. I try to stay positive even when life becomes challenging because I believe that a smile can brighten not only my own day but also someone else’s.
