令和８年月7月17日（金）
朝5時に起床
本当はもっと前にも目を覚ましていたが何時で何してたか忘れてしまった
とりあえずは英語勉強と薬飲むことは覚えている それと動画作成したことも思い出した
動画、イマイチだなと思っていたがいまだ再生してる 当然 いいね はつかない
なんでだめな動画って再生回数伸びるのだろう？
血圧測る いつも通り お腹すいた 早くマック行って食べたい
今日は予定ないのでマックで過ごした後はま寿司行ってお食事する予定
ただいま 午前9時5分 やなべさんから飲み会の参加もらった
ちょっと嬉しい週末がやってきた
2ヶ月近く 食事やアルコール制限していたのでとても楽しみだ
一応候補は決めたが混んでいたり気分で場所変更する
こんな事考えるのも久しぶりだ
旅していたときは毎日コンビニの食事だったから ホント楽しみだ
まだマック行くまで時間あるから姉に食事作ることにする
野菜炒めが食べたいと言っていたからそれ作る
後カレー
ただいま午前10時5分
シャワー浴びて出かける支度した
姉に肉野菜炒めとカレー作った
美味しそうだったけど味見程度に食べた 味濃かったので水で薄めた
ただいま 午後5時41分
雨振ってて気温はさほど暑くないけどエアコン入れないとちょっと暑い エアコン入れると寒くなるから切ってしまう また暑くなってエアコン入れるを繰り返してる
昼間 マック行った 正午から学生くんがたくさんやってきた 英語の勉強はかどらないのでやめた
店を出てＡＴＭでお金下ろす 買い物はせず ダイソー行こうとしたが雨振ってきたので何もせず帰宅する ポケラビさんからもらったビール飲む 美味しい あまり酔わなくなった
カレー食べた 自室でPCつける 動画編集やる 週末かぁ

Nice to meet you! I’m a university student who enjoys learning new things and meeting people from different countries. Every day, I try to improve myself little by little because I believe that even small efforts can lead to big dreams.
One of my favorite hobbies is photography. I love walking around parks, city streets, and beautiful countryside, looking for moments that tell a story. Watching the sunrise or the sunset always reminds me that every day is a new opportunity.
I also enjoy listening to music, watching movies, and reading books in my free time. On weekends, I often visit cafés with my friends, where we talk about our future, travel plans, and funny memories. Spending time with the people I care about is very important to me.
Another goal of mine is to become fluent in English. I know that learning a language takes time, but I enjoy the challenge. Every new word I learn helps me connect with more people around the world. Someday, I hope to travel to many countries and make friends wherever I go.
People often tell me that I’m calm, kind, and easy to talk to. I always try to listen carefully before I speak because I think everyone has a story worth hearing. I believe that a warm smile and a positive attitude can brighten someone’s day.
My dream is to build a career that allows me to help others while continuing to explore the world. Life is full of surprises, and I’m excited to see what the future has in store for me.
