朝4時54分起床 昨夜は少しうるさかったが今はとても落ち着いていて穏やかだ
今日から薬が減らされる どんな感じになるのか楽しみだ
左手まだ後遺症が残っている でも大分緩くなってきた 今までは速さでタイプミスしても続けていたが今はシッカリ見てタイプするようにしている なのでスピードは依然とさほど変わらないかもしれない
昨日薬局行って一歩間違えればたくさんの人に迷惑をかけるところだったと反省した
最初に対応してくれた先生が少し怒りながら話していたのはそのためだったのだろう
ここ数日 昼間寝なくても大丈夫になった 脳が復活してきた証拠だ 直すぞ
考えてみれば退院して数日 眠くて仕方なかった 寝ている時間の方が多かったくらいだ 母もそうだったが不安になる
とりあえずは食事管理と血圧下げることを優先しよう そして体重を落とす
チャットGPTに左手を優先するタイプを作ってもらった

今日車の車検の日にち確認しなきゃ ちょっと不安
忘れていたけど蜘蛛が消えていた 昨日までは寝る前までずっと同じ場所にいたのに
先ほど顔の近くに蜘蛛の気配を感じた 朝蜘蛛 縁起良いよなぁ
今日も良いことありそうだ

The morning sky was bright blue, and a colorful rainbow stretched across the horizon. In a field full of flowers, a cheerful golden puppy ran down a small path.
Beside the path stood a wooden sign. It read:

Wednesday.
Let’s smile today!
The puppy could not read the sign, but somehow it seemed to understand the message. Its tail wagged happily as it ran through the flowers.
Along the way, it met a butterfly dancing in the warm breeze. It met a sparrow singing on a fence. It even met a tiny ladybug resting on a daisy.
Every creature seemed to be enjoying the beautiful day. The puppy barked softly and continued its adventure.
Soon it reached the top of a small hill. From there, it could see the rainbow, the flowers, and the winding path behind it.
The puppy sat down for a moment and looked around. The world felt peaceful. The sunshine felt warm. The gentle wind carried the sweet scent of summer.
Then the puppy smiled its puppy smile, jumped back onto the path, and ran toward whatever wonderful surprise the day might bring.
And if someone had been watching from far away, they might have learned a simple lesson from that happy little puppy:
No matter how ordinary a Wednesday may seem, there is always a reason to smile and enjoy the journey.
