一度午前2時ごろ起きる pc立ち上げ英語を少し勉強 2時間起きてて再び布団に入る
6時30分起床 寒い 数回トイレに行った ほんと寒い
厚着して暖房点けているがまだ温まらない 体調が完全に戻っていないのもあるだろう
呼吸を荒くすると咳が出る
今日は9時過ぎに家を出て東京駅に行く そこで配信をする

A Small Choice
Every morning, Tom walked the same road to work. He walked with his head down, thinking about the past.
One day, he noticed a small sign on the wall. It said, “Look up.”
Tom stopped. He didn’t know why, but he followed the words.
When he looked up, he saw the sky between the buildings. It was wide, blue, and quiet.
For the first time in a long while, Tom smiled. Nothing in his life had changed, but something inside him had.
From that day on, Tom still walked the same road. But he didn’t walk it the same way.
